16. Split Shipments

Products from the same order may be sent in separate parcels.

Where an order is divided into multiple parcels:

  • Parcels may arrive on different dates; and

  • A product should not be treated as missing until the applicable delivery period for all parcels has passed.

You will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we divide an order into separate shipments unless this was clearly agreed before purchase.

17. Delivery Address and Failed Delivery

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery is considered completed when the products are delivered to:

  • The address specified in the order;

  • A person identified or authorised by you;

  • A nominated safe place; or

  • A collection point selected or approved by you.

Where a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect or other circumstances within your control, the carrier may return it to us.

After the returned parcel is received and inspected, we may arrange redelivery or issue an appropriate refund. Where permitted by law, reasonable additional delivery or return costs caused by incorrect customer information or failure to collect may be charged or deducted.

This does not apply where the failed delivery was caused by us or the carrier.

18. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of the products.

Where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the products are handed to that carrier, subject to applicable law.

Legal ownership of the products passes to you when we receive payment in full and the products are dispatched or delivered, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

19. Right to Cancel an Online Order

Customers purchasing as consumers in the United Kingdom generally have a legal right to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason.

For most goods, the cancellation period begins when the contract is formed and expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

Where one order is delivered in multiple parcels, the period generally expires 14 days after the final parcel is received.

20. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

  • Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed;

  • Products that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; and

  • Other products excluded by applicable law.

For clothing, hygiene-related exclusions may apply to sealed intimate garments or similar products where the protective seal has been removed.

These exclusions do not remove your rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

21. Returns and Refunds

Where you validly cancel an eligible order, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law, which may include:
